Before I get onto my February Goals I want to talk about this outfit! At the end of last year I finally bit the bullet and bought one of the Aviator Jackets from Zara. I lived in this jacket on my trip to New York and I’ve worn it so much since then. Its super cosy and its perfect dressed up and down. I paired the Aviator jacket with my trusty madewell sweater and a pair of black River Island Jeans. I also added the River Island Sock Booties which I love! They just dress up any outfit and are the perfect heel hight that makes walking in them so easy.
I’m really trying to buy pieces that are wearable with any outfit or can be both dressed up and dressed down with the right accessories. Which leads me onto some of my goals for this month, Including stopping unnecessary spending. Read below to see my other goals for this month!
This year I’m brining back my monthly goals series! I really enjoyed setting myself little monthly goals last year and I found that writing them down each month really helped me stick to them. And i hope it encourages you to maybe write some of your own.
Stop Unnecessary Spending
This month I want to get back into saving money and stop spending of unnecessary things i.e coffee’s, clothes I don’t need. I want to start thinking about what I’m buying before I purchase it. Wither its going to get its cost per wear or if I can wear it in multiple outfits instead of just one wear.
Complete an Online Course – Finally
Last year I signed up for a few online courses and I’ve never gotten around to finishing them. So this month I’m making it a goal to complete at least one of them. I recently signed up for a HTML & CSS course which I’m looking forward to starting!
The past couple of weeks I’ve felt really unmotivated with the blog and my Instagram and just not really knowing how to improve. Then you look at other peoples Instagram’s and blogs and think their’s is so much better then mine. And you can’t help comparing yourself a little bit. So I’m making it a goal this month to stop comparing myself to others and just do it my own way.
