October Favourites

The countdown is officially on for New York now that its the end of October. October has just flown by and I feel like I’ve constantly been busy, rushing home from work and out to something else. Its been a good month but I’m so glad November is right around the corner!

This months favourites consists of some Birthday gifts but i’m trying not to turn it into a “what I got for my birthday” post I promise. I also include a book that I’ve loved this month and of course any tv shows I’ve been watching this month too. Hope you enjoy this months post!

Missoma Necklaces

I had been lusting over these two Missoma necklaces for months when I got the “A” Initial necklace for my 21st birthday! Then I treated myself to the Lucy Williams x Missoma Large Horn Necklace! I love them, they are so delicate & look amazing layered together or on their own. Gold jewellery is not something I’d usually go for but I just love the way these look together.

Chanel Perfume

Another Birthday Gift was the Chanel Chance perfume. I love the smell of this perfume, it’s really feminine & subtle which I like.  I hate having perfume which is too over powering and it lasts all day too which I really love about it.

A couple of weekends ago we went to Edinburgh for the day! I love Edinburgh, its an amazing city with so much to do. and the buildings are all so lovely! The reason we went to Edinburgh was to do a little Outlander Sites tour, we visited a location for the latest episode and the home of Jamie Lallyborch. See my full post on our visit here.

Grieve is a fantastic novel by author Joshua Humphreys that I couldn’t put down this month. Grieve tells the story of Hector Grieve who is the angriest & rudest young man on the planet. Grieve is a hilarious novel and one that pleasantly surprised me. Read my full review here!

Tv Shows

Okay so I know I talked about Outlander in last months post and in a post last week but I can’t get enough. This weeks episode was finally the long awaited reunion of Claire and Jamie in A.Malcolm and it was one of the best episodes of the whole show.

Gilmore Girls

This past month I’ve been re-watching Gilmore Girls and it’s just as addicting as the second time around. I find myself putting it on as background Tv and watching heaps of episodes at a time. For some reason its the perfect autumn show, one that you can just curl up and watch!
