The recipe is very straight forward as all you do is chop all the vegetables & mix them all together with chopped Tomatos & your done! Okay so thats a rough guide I will go through it properly step by step & list all the ingredients too!
- 1 & 1/2 Peppers – I usually use 3 pepper but only half of every colour i.e half of red, half yellow & half green.
- 1 small onion
- 2 gloves of garlic crushed
- A tin of chopped Tomato’s
- Tomato Puree
- Smoke Sausage – Optional
- Mixed Herbs
- soya Sauce
- cooking oil
Okay so first things first chop all vegetables & the smoke sausage ready to be added. Start by browning off the onions with a dash of oil then add in the garlic & the smoke sausage. Next add in the peppers, the tin of chopped tomato’s & the tomato puree. Finally add in some mixed herbs & the soya sauce for flavour. Once boiling turn the hop down and leave the sauce to simmer until all the vegetables are softened.
20-30 mins before serving boil some pasta – any pasta is completely down to your own preference- although I recommend penne or shell pasta! Drain the pasta and finally serve all together!
