week

The last couple of weeks have been a weird one. I’ve been going through stages of feeling recalling inspired then having no motivation at all.

Then last week I injured myself in the most stupid of ways (I’ll save that story for another day) and basically had the laziest of weeks. I couldn’t workout which for me who’s finally got a solid gym routine down was not fun. I get really stressed if I don’t workout through the week. And because I was being so lazy everything else got pushed to the side and I lost all motivation. So I’m hoping to get back into some sort of routine with everything and hopefully get my motivation back!

  1. I started watching American Gods and so far it’s pretty good. It’s a little weird and out there but i’m kind of liking it.
  2. Speaking of TV Shows The Bold Type is back for a new season on Amazon Prime! This is one of my favourite shows, it is all about your girlfriends and they cover so many important issues too.
  3. This week I’m hoping to get back into my gym routine. I took last week off after injuring myself I realised I just needed a break. So I pretty much took the whole week off working out so I’m excited to get back into it this week.
  4. I also plan on getting out & taking more blog/Instagram photos. I’ve felt really uninspired lately so I’m hoping this week I can get back into getting some good shots
  5. I’m also finally getting my hair done this week! It’s the first time I’ve had it done since October last year and I can’t wait for a freshen up
